condicionar\u00e1 con mayor \u00edmpetu el desarrollo de la\nhumanidad. A esto se suma el final del orden geopol\u00edtico conocido como pax americana,\nun cambio hist\u00f3rico ante el que naciones como Jap\u00f3n y M\u00e9xico son especialmente\nsensibles. Si no desean sufrir la peor parte de este declive, ambos pa\u00edses est\u00e1n\nobligados a limpiar sus miradas y trazar nuevos patrones de conducta. En este sentido,\nresultan \u00fatiles estudios comparativos enfocados no s\u00f3lo en cotejar fen\u00f3menos similares\nsino en urdir v\u00edas de comunicaci\u00f3n sobre las que puedan di\u00e1logos significativos. El\nobjetivo de este ensayo es mostrar c\u00f3mo la ciencia ficci\u00f3n, al tener como base un\nlenguaje universal profundamente enlazado con el discurso tecnocient\u00edfico, es una\nherramienta privilegiada para comprender los procesos de incorporaci\u00f3n y resistencia\nante la modernidad en pa\u00edses no occidentales. A esto se suma el final del orden geopol\u00edtico conocido como pax americana, un cambio hist\u00f3rico ante el que naciones como Jap\u00f3n y M\u00e9xico son especialmente sensibles. Si no desean sufrir la peor parte de este declive, ambos pa\u00edses est\u00e1n obligados a limpiar sus miradas y trazar nuevos patrones de conducta. En este sentido, resultan \u00fatiles estudios comparativos enfocados no s\u00f3lo en cotejar fen\u00f3menos similares sino en urdir v\u00edas de comunicaci\u00f3n sobre las que puedan di\u00e1logos significativos. El objetivo de este ensayo es mostrar c\u00f3mo la ciencia ficci\u00f3n, al tener como base un lenguaje universal profundamente enlazado con el discurso tecnocient\u00edfico, es una herramienta privilegiada para comprender los procesos de incorporaci\u00f3n y resistencia ante la modernidad en pa\u00edses no occidentales.
